How to fix

I've by no means touched anything like this earlier than and like an idiot I blindly swapped a token into USDT on the BNB network as a result of on the time it seemed good as a result of no fees. It's sitting in my uniswap pockets and transferring/promoting/swapping all now require BNB. I'm in Canada which means from what I can inform throughout a number of apps is I can't purchase BNB. But I also can't do something with the money USDT to fix this. Am I simply fucked? Be happy to roast me lol
