I became an addict, I lose all my salary

It began with 25okay profit, then I lost all I gained, and now i'm win -41685 usd… and i cant cease, at the moment i lost 100 usd, in final week i misplaced 700 usd… I lose all the things I earn, I dont buy clothes or eat out, as quickly as i get wage i'm going to futures and lose all cash. When i enter brief - market is rising, when i enter long, market is crushing. I understand this is not for me, how am i able to stop?
