Want to delete my account

I made the account and virtually received scammed. I attempted to shut the account however was not occurring so deleted the app long time ago. Now it's not obtainable on Google retailer and my telephone gained't permit to download the apk file for top dangers. I tried closing it from the web site however it retains saying I've to close the pockets first which is seemingly solely attainable to entry from the app (stated by the client help).

Can anyone tell me learn how to delete this account and take away my knowledge from them? The client help couldn't assist.
