Todayβs sell-off is being described as a leverage flush. That may explain why the move was so fast, but forced selling and genuine demand are two different things.
Liquidations close existing positions. They do not tell us whether new buyers are entering the market. The latest U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF session also showed net outflows, so the immediate question is not simply whether leverage has cleared. It is whether anyone is replacing it with spot demand.
That seems more useful than asking whether Bitcoin will bounce. What data do you think best shows genuine demand returning?
