Title: Bybit has frozen my 31,579 USDT for almost 3 months – No resolution

My Bybit account has been restricted since August 14, 2026, after I received 2,000 USDT from my Trust Wallet.

Following this transaction, Bybit froze my entire balance of 31,579 USDT, leaving me unable to withdraw or access my funds.

I have fully cooperated with the Compliance team and provided all requested documents regarding the source of my funds.

I have been using Bybit P2P for four years and have never received a single negative review.

Despite numerous follow-ups, I keep receiving the same generic response: my case is under review, with no estimated completion date.

I have a few questions:

1. Has anyone experienced a similar restriction lasting more than 3 months?
2. Did you manage to recover your funds?
3. Did contacting VARA, hiring a lawyer, or visiting Bybit’s Dubai office help?

I am seriously considering taking legal action and contacting the relevant regulators.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced a similar situation.
